The following sessions will help build resilience, develop stamina to achieve a more positive outlook to life and provide well-being by lowering anxiety, de-stress your lives and make you feel happier, content, which in turn will help you sleep better, uplift your soul, bring you inner peace and calmness within yourself and your surroundings.

Session 1 : Understanding Breath Awareness & Posture. Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Exercises & discussion.

Session 2 : Focus On Extended Guided Meditation. Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Focus on extended guided meditation.

  • Breathe and sound to help release tensions and lower anxiety.

  • With discussion.

Session 3 :Gentle Movement With Voice Release. ‍ ‍Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Gentle movement and voice release by exploring 3 notes using humming, vowels, consonants and a phrase or word that resonates with the participant's emotions. 

  • Including discussion.  

Session 4 :Voice Work To Explore Vocal Meditation. Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Using my knowledge and experience in voice work to explore vocal meditation in an easy gentle way by using certain notes and sounds from a South Asian scale. 

  • To enhance your vocal meditation practise via your own voice using a Raag (South Asian scale), a 6-15 min solo ethereal meditational vocal performance will be given with client(s) voluntary participation.

  • Including discussion.   

Session 5 :Mindfulness Sessions. ‍ ‍Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Mindfulness sessions. (Focus changes in each session i.e. could be about breathe or about your well-being.)

  • Including discussion.

  • Or focus on something that is more personal to you. 

Session 6 :Private Help For The Lonely & Isolated. Fee: £150 Per Person

  • Private help for the lonely and isolated.

  • My humble advice, especially for the elderly is ‘Movement and trying to keep positive is Health’ and happiness within your hearts is wealth’.

How & where are Sukoon Peace sessions conducted?

We offer: in-person, one-to-one & group sessions. Each meeting always begins with short grounding exercises, body scan, followed by various guided meditations, personalised practical tools and finally time for reflection & discussion, so you leave with clear next steps. Venue tbc on contact

Do I need any prior experience with meditation?

Not at all. Our approach meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re exploring spirituality for the first time or deepening an existing practice. We tailor every session to your comfort. We focus on extended guided meditation. Breath and sound to help release tensions and lower anxiety.

How long are the ‘Sukoon Peace’ sessions?

Each session is one hour

What makes my approach different from other spiritual & well-being sessions?

My unique approach to meditation draws upon the ancient and traditional styles of the mysticism of South Asian vocal expression.

And through combinations of both guided & silent meditation, breath-work, gentle movement, understanding of posture and creating breath awareness these programs helps to build an understanding of voice release. As a starting point, we simply exploring 3 notes using humming, vowels, consonants and a phrase or word that resonates with the participant's emotions. And you don’t need to know how to sing as our focus is based on breath through any sound you make.
