Sukoon means peace, and so our ethos is all about achieving inner peace, tranquillity, healing and spirituality.

Finding it together in a way that is comfortable and suitable for us. Giving ourselves the time, space and care that we all need as individuals. Ultimately, nourishing our hearts, mind, body and soul.

In our search for calmness, tranquillity and balance in our lives, we have developed various unique sessions using a combination of guided and silent meditation, dialogue, simple stretches with gentle movement, incorporating ethereal vocal expression and breathwork to attain a truly holistic and euphoric well-being experience.

The art of meditation is not one of following instructions. It is the art of allowing the mind to experience a natural state.

Even though there are numerous pathways and practises to bring about transformation and healing, SukoonPeace offers sessions that will uniquely build and help you to achieve harmony and peace within yourself through the mysticism of South Asian vocal expression.

These sessions above will help you to achieve a more positive outlook to life and provide well-being by lowering anxiety, de-stress your lives and make you feel happier, content, helping you to sleep better, bringing you inner peace and calmness within yourself and your surroundings and uplift your soul..


Our Sessions AND FEES

We are open and accessible to people from all walks of life, whether newcomers or experienced in the practice of meditation. Together we can share our personal experiences to help deepen our understanding of the importance of emotional awareness, calmness, spirituality and well-being.

And these sessions are extremely beneficial to people who work in very stressful environments, individuals who feel marginalised and isolated or those who need some kind of support to help them regain their confidence and direction in life.

Some of the techniques that we incorporate into our sessions are but not limited to include the following:

  • Understanding  breath-awareness

  • Focus on extended guided meditation

  • Gentle movement with voice release

  • Voice work to explore vocal meditation

  • Mindfulness

FEES : This is a very unique and special approach.

Our one-to-one and group sessions can be tailored to integrate your specific needs if so required. A single session lasts for approx. 55 mins but not limited to and every session will includes a 10-15 min gentle stretch and warm-up.  Fee: £150 + travel reimbursements if applicable.

All sessions are conducted in a safe, secure and private places and if required, home visits can be arranged. Whether it’s in a personal one-to-one, group setting, online or home visit, we look forward to sharing this unique contemporary spiritual experience of meditation centring on vocal expression with you.…….and together let’s bring some much needed harmony and balance back into our lives.

Session Requirements & POLICY

  • Wear comfortable loose clothing.

  • Please bring your own yoga matt.

  • Bring a bottle of water.

  • All sessions can also be done seated on a chair. (Floor and matts preferred)

  • Sessions can be offered in Urdu, Hindi as well as in English.

  • No musical or singing skills required.

  • Group participation if applicable.

  • No children must be present as other participants may be disturbed.

  • All mobile phones must be completely switched off or on silent mode throughout the sessions and placed in bags.

  • Come with an open mind and willingness to participate and engage with SukoonPeace.
