A typical introduction to SukoonPeace comes in the form of six individual 55-minute sessions but not limited to.
Every session will begin with a 5-6 minute gentle stretch and warm-up and a 10-15 minute short guided meditation practise.
Kindly note that sessions 1 -3 should be considered as a step-by-step guide to strengthening, nurturing and building breathe stamina for session 4.
Also, please note, that session 4 is an interactive mini based performance with chants.
It is advisable to take them all.
Session 1,2,3,5 Fee: £150 per person.
Session 4: Fee: £170 per person
Session 6 - £120 per person
For sessions outside London then travel re-imbursements would apply.

Using my knowledge and experience in voice work to explore vocal meditation in an easy gentle way by using certain notes and sounds from a South Asian scale.
To enhance your vocal meditation practise via your own voice using a Raag (South Asian scale), a 6-15 min solo ethereal meditational vocal performance will be given with client(s) voluntary participation.

Session Requirements & POLICY
Wear comfortable loose clothing.
Please bring your own yoga matt.
Bring a bottle of water.
All sessions can also be done seated on a chair. (Floor and matts preferred)
Sessions can be offered in Urdu, Hindi as well as in English.
No musical or singing skills required.
Group participation if applicable.
No children must be present as other participants may be disturbed.
All mobile phones must be completely switched off or on silent mode throughout the sessions and placed in bags.
