Najma has developed various sessions using vocal expression, guided meditation, breath-work, dialogue and simple stretches.

Utilises breath-work to foster peace and calmness within your body, drawing upon traditions of South Asian vocal expression.

Uses exercises and stretches that awaken the body. 

Explores ethereal vocal expression as a form of interactive meditation to bring about relaxation, fulfilment & calm.

Cultivates mindfulness of the world around you, practicing mindfulness in every moment.  

Harnesses the healing vibrations of your own voice.  

SukoonPeace offers sessions that help to build harmony and peace within the self, drawing upon the mysticism of South Asian vocal expression towards that aim.

Through a combination of both guided and silent meditation and gentle movement, SukoonPeace aims to create a euphoric experience.

On this journey Najma looks forward to bringing you harmonious joy and fulfilment that can help lower anxiety, help you to relax, sleep better and de-stress your lives to make you feel more tranquil, happy and calm.

Our Sessions and Fees 

A typical introduction to SukoonPeace comes in the form of six individually tailored one-hour sessions.

Every session will begin with a 10 minute gentle stretch and warm-up and a short guided meditation practise.

Fee: £150 per session per person plus travel reimbursements if applicable.
