
Dedicated well-being support services/visits for the lonely and isolated
Do you sometimes feel lonely, have difficulty concentrating, suffer from physical ailments such as fatigue and sleep challenges, or knew someone who felt isolated, anxious or sad? Loneliness can impact individuals from all walks of life and there is nothing to be ashamed of.
Even in our own busy lives, it is a sad reality that elderly parents or relatives are sometimes left behind or forgotten. And everyone needs emotional care and meaningful human interaction in their lives
One may ask what has this got to do with the ethos of Sukoon Peace? Deep down inside when you really and honestly think about it, understanding someone’s cultural background, making someone feel special, bringing a smile to their faces and giving care, all comes under the umbrella of peace, harmony, kindness, meditation and humanity, hence spirituality.
We are offering a dedicated support service through private home visits designed to engage, uplift your spirits and enhance your mental as well as your physical well-being. (Video 1).

This personalised service is specifically crafted to engage people in need of support who are vulnerable, lack confidence, suffer from anxiety, those facing loneliness, who are desperate to be connected with the outside world but do not have the strength, courage or willpower to do so. We can also assist people with varying disabilities and from marginalised communities especially women from all backgrounds—whether you're elderly, housebound, apprehensive about going out, or feeling isolated. Our trusted team of carers are multilingual in English, Urdu, and Hindi and culturally aware and sensitive to be able to connect with you in a very meaningful way. We will not only be just someone to visit and talk to you and bring a smile to your face, but we will bring about positivity back into your lives by engaging you both mentally and physically to improve your general well-being.

Our visits include general conversations about you, advice and discussions about your health should you wish to do so. We also introduce some gentle and healing exercises, movement and breath work to get you more active, that you will find very helpful and beneficial in enhancing your self-awareness and confidence, reducing stress and improving your quality of life. Our support for the elderly members of the community through encouragement, connection and interaction can break the chains of isolation. Thus, providing solace for those facing loneliness & isolation with during our private and personalised visits.
Please note that these visits can also be undertaken in interactive group sessions if required.
